Neil Orvay is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in corporate training, spa management, coaching, and finance. As the Owner and Founder of Evolution-U since 2009, Neil has established a leading provider of senior-level corporate soft-skills training in Asia, positively impacting over 5,000 executives globally. Neil serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sense of Touch Group, an award-winning day spa operator in Hong Kong. Additionally, Neil has held various significant roles, including Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, Chairman of the Angel Investment Sub-Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Visiting Teaching Fellow at Edinburgh Napier University. Neil's extensive education includes degrees from The London School of Economics and Political Science, Geneva Graduate Institute, and Harvard Law School, complemented by qualifications as an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.
