Katie Kangas

Katie Kangas has a diverse work experience. Katie started their career as an Advertising Street Team, Event Promoter, and Ambassador at Mutual of Omaha, Midtown Crossing in 2012. Katie then worked as a Nanny and Assistant at Woodhouse Auto Family, Events in Bloom from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they worked as a Banquet Coordinator and Event Staff at Shadow Ridge Country Club.

Katie also gained experience as a Teaching and Communications Intern at GirlForward in 2015. Katie worked as a Banquet Coordinator and Event Staff at Embassy Suites from 2014 to 2016 before joining The Kevin J. Lederer Life Foundation as an Assistant Director Of Development for a brief period in late 2016.

Currently, Katie is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Evolution Virtual since May 2017.

Katie Kangas attended Millard North High School from 2007 to 2011, with a focus on Marketing Concentration. Katie then pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2011 to 2016, majoring in Public Relations, Advertising, Sociology, and English.
