Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at AMP - Accelerated Mobile Power since June 2023, Michelle also holds multiple roles as Employee Experience Manager at Dynamis Power Solutions, Evolution Well Services, and Beusa Energy, all starting from April 2023. Previously, Michelle led benefits programs at ExpressJet Airlines and played a critical role in training and development at Emerus Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Michelle has a foundational background in human resources management from Environmental Business Solutions.
