Jay Russell

Jay Russell serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Evolution Credit Partners since February 2024. Prior to this, Jay held the position of Head of Finance at Polen Capital from February 2022 to January 2024 and served as CFO at DDJ Capital Management from 2001 to 2022, with senior investment operations roles from 1997 to 2001. Jay began the career at EY as an Audit Manager in the Financial Services practice, covering hospitals and healthcare, from 1990 to 1997. Educational credentials include a combined Master's degree in Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University (1989-1990) and an A.B. from Brown University (1985-1989).
