Keane Nguyen

Keane Nguyen is a highly experienced professional in the field of machine learning and data science, currently serving as a Staff ML Engineer and Tech Lead at EvolutionIQ since February 2023, where the focus is on helping injured workers return to work efficiently through the development of ML products. As the Founder of Pinessence Consulting, established in October 2022, Keane leads a boutique consultancy specializing in interpretable machine learning solutions for the insurance and healthcare sectors. Previous positions include Principal ML Engineer at Sharecare, where management of the AI solutions team was required, and Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Numerix. Earlier career experience includes work as a Quantitative Analyst at Milliman, focusing on risk management and fund product development. Keane holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, and Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
