Matt Gillespie

Matt Gillespie currently serves as the Director of Product at EvolutionIQ, leading the Disability Claims Guidance product portfolio and product management team. Prior roles at EvolutionIQ include Group Product Manager and Senior Technical Product Manager, where Matt was instrumental in developing the machine learning and data infrastructure for the AI-driven Claims Guidance platform. Prior to EvolutionIQ, Matt co-founded Campground, an AI SaaS solution for media intelligence, and worked as a Data Scientist at Fractl, focusing on AI/ML and data engineering. Additional experiences include marketing and operations at The SilverLogic, graduate research at The Ohio State University, and service as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University, completed three years of Ph.D. studies in Psychology/Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience at The Ohio State University, and earned a Master of Science in Education from Hunter College.
