Pauline S. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Pauline began their career in 1999 as a Technical Writer at Nortel Networks. In 2001, they joined BlackBerry (formerly Research In Motion) as a Senior Technical Writer, where they served as a one-person documentation shop embedded in development and architecture teams. In 2013, they moved to Vestec Inc. as a Senior Technical Writer, where they were responsible for determining documentation needs, gathering information, creating, and delivering all communications content. In 2015, Pauline joined NCR Corporation as a Senior Technical Writer, and Information Technology and Services as a Big Incites. Currently, Pauline is working as a Project Manager at evolutionQ since 2021.

Pauline S. has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, a Diploma in Technical Writing from Algonquin College, and has completed studies in Business/Commerce commerce: Finance, accounting, management science, and human resources management from the University of Windsor.
