Melissa Platt

Melissa Platt, MBA, has extensive experience in commercial banking, change management, and organizational effectiveness. From May 2016 to May 2021, Melissa served as Managing Director, Commercial Banking Training Specialist III at CIBC U.S., where curriculum design for the bank’s credit training program resulted in the addition of over 100 credit analysts and junior bankers. Prior to that role, Melissa was a Commercial Banking Officer, underwriting an average of 20 deals per month while training in credit analysis and financial statement analysis. Following CIBC, Melissa held consultant positions at Slalom and evolv Consulting, focusing on change management for strategic business transformations, particularly within the pharmacy sector at Walgreens. Melissa holds an MBA in Management and a BS in Finance, both from DePaul University.
