Ryan Nolan has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Ryan started their career as a Mentor Teacher in the Dallas Independent School District, where they mentored student teachers, coached Varsity Baseball, and achieved successes in player development. After that, they joined Teach For America as a Leadership Development Corps Member, contributing to their mission of improving public education through leadership development. Following this, Ryan transitioned into a role as Curriculum Coordinator at Uplift Education, where they led a team of teachers, conducted performance analysis, and implemented structural changes to the curriculum. Ryan then became a Program Manager at Uplift Education, overseeing project management and providing coaching to supervisors. Currently, Ryan is working at evolv consulting as a Strategy Lead, where they act as a Product Owner, facilitates agile practices, and manages major lending initiatives.

Ryan Nolan holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Baylor University from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan has earned the Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Master I certifications from Scrum.org in 2023. Ryan also possesses the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, obtained in 2022. Furthermore, Ryan has been recognized as an Exemplary Teacher by the Texas Education Agency in 2020 and holds a certification in Social Studies, obtained in 2013.
