Shawn Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Evolve since November 2023, specializing in R&D Tax Incentives for businesses across Australia. As the Founder and Executive Director of Big Roller Overland Conveyor Company, Shawn focuses on transforming iron ore operations with an emphasis on decarbonization.
