Alan has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Serverside Group, Tuxedo Money Solutions Limited, and Transaction Network Services. Alan also has a background in customer service management and network operations from their earlier roles at HSBC and Halifax Building Society. Alan holds a MACD in Corporate Direction from Leeds Beckett University.
