Antony Mullarkey

Antony Mullarkey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in culinary and project management roles. Antony began as a Pastry Chef at The Lowry in March 2017, working full-time at Pier Eight. Following this, Antony held various positions in customer service and fulfillment, including a period at J. Parker Dutch Bulbs Ltd. from February to August 2018 and a role as Fulfillment Coordinator at TalkTalk Business from 2018 to September 2021. Antony transitioned to ITS Technology Group, serving as a Service Delivery Specialist and later as Project Delivery Lead from August 2021 to August 2022. Antony’s project management skills were further demonstrated as a Project Lead at ITS from May 2025 to October 2025, currently holding the position of Delivery Manager at Evolve.
