Tim Mitchell is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management, holding a Bachelor's degree from CQUniversity and a Diploma from TAFE Queensland. Currently serving as Project Manager for Evolve®, Tim is involved in the Banora Point Shopping Village Redevelopment, which includes a new Woolworths and multiple specialty shops. Previously, Tim held project management positions at PBS Building, Mavid Group, GCB Constructions Pty Ltd, and Vinta Group, overseeing various projects that include retirement village centers and significant commercial developments. Tim’s expertise encompasses budget management, contract negotiation, coordination with councils, and mentoring emerging professionals in the construction field. With roots in carpentry and joinery from an early apprenticeship at Cercol Construction Services, Tim has developed a comprehensive skill set through diverse roles across the construction industry.
