Jerry Pickering

Jerry Pickering has a diverse work experience in the field of materials research and development. Jerry is currently serving as the Director of STEP Technology Development at Evolve Additive Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Materials Research Manager and Principal Materials Engineer at the same company from January 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Evolve Additive Solutions, Jerry worked at Eastman Kodak Company as a Senior Scientist and Program Manager from March 2012 to December 2018. Jerry also had a previous role at Eastman Kodak as a Manager, Coatings for Electrophotography from October 2009 to March 2012, where they were responsible for R&D of printer materials and leading a team. Additionally, they served as the Senior Scientist, Fusing and Transfer Team Leader from June 2007 to October 2009, and as a Senior Scientist from May 2004 to May 2007.

Jerry's early career includes a role as a Senior Scientist at Heidelberg Digital L.L.C. from July 1999 to May 2004, and as a Scientist at Eastman Kodak Company from October 1996 to July 1999.

Jerry Pickering earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Jerry later pursued a PhD in Polymer and Chemical Engineering at the University of Connecticut, from 1992 to 1996.
