Who we are:

Owning your mindset, health and lifestyle are critical to living the life you have worked so hard to build. Yet often, we find ourselves with competing priorities, putting others first and not taking care of these important elements of our life.

As a former burned-out global executive, I struggled with exhaustion, poor sleep, inconsistent food choices, and feeling confident in my own skin.  I was so driven that it was starting to kill me! I kept on this endless cycle until I landed in the doctor’s office who ordered bed rest. For me, bed rest meant working with a laptop and phone in hand from bed. At that moment, I realized I had to make a change and become an advocate for my own health and lifestyle. I went on a journey to transform my health and change my lifestyle through science-based behaviors. 

Now, as a Certified Health & Lifestyle Consultant., I’m passionate about guiding other executives to own their destiny and become the biggest advocate for their health and lifestyle.
