Evolve Catalyst is a charity management consultancy and mentoring practice for small UK charities. We help charities build organisations that work, so they can focus on the people and causes they exist to serve.  Some charities are just getting started. Others registered but never got going. Some are established and pulled in too many directions. The challenge underneath is often the same: you know where you want your charity to go, but not the clearest way to get there.  It usually traces back to four foundations - governance, strategy, systems and income. They're connected, so when one is weak, the strain shows up somewhere else. Fundraising that struggles often traces back to an unclear strategy. Day-to-day chaos often traces back to systems no one can use.  We work in one order, every time: understand where you really are, get clear on what matters most, then put the foundations right. Nothing gets built until it's clear what's worth building.  One service covers the whole life of a charity - from setting one up, through getting a stalled charity moving, to helping an established organisation find its focus again. We work alongside trustees, chief executives and their teams rather than handing over a report and leaving.  No cause should be held back by the organisation built to serve it.
