Seth Tyler

As Chief Operating Officer, Seth has broad responsibility for oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations, including program delivery, business development, marketing, finance and human resources. Seth began his career in Evolve as a Client Partner, working on site with clients to help them implement major change in their business. He played a significant role in helping to establish and build Evolve's North American business.

Prior to coming to Evolve, Seth was an independent consultant in Trinidad & Tobago and prior to that a manager with a specialist consulting firm in Washington, DC. Seth likes to say that he learned much of what he knows about change from his early post-collegiate experience as a Volunteer in the US Peace Corps in West Africa. Seth holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University.
