Lowell Feldman has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 1996. Lowell began their career as the President of Waller Creek Communications, where they founded the company and developed a sustainable, innovative business model that created a wholesale fiber based CLEC in Texas. Lowell sold the company for over $100 million. In 2004, they became the CEO of Worldcall Inc., where they successfully acquired telecom assets to form the basis of what is now Evolve Cellular. This included winning seven LTE 700 MHZ B-Block licenses in FCC Auction 73. In 2006, they became an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Law, teaching Communications and Technology Law. Since 2012, they have been the CEO & Regulatory Officer of Evolve Cellular, where they have worked on Nested 5G core and Private/Public LTE.
Lowell Feldman received their Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law between 1994 and 1996. Lowell previously obtained a BA - Honors in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin between 1987 and 1990.
