Rich Lewis

Rich Lewis has held various positions in the finance industry since 1991. Rich'sfirst role was as a Director for Société Générale, where they marketed commercial banking, capital markets, and investment banking products to corporate and sponsor groups/equity funds in the southwest region. Rich then moved to AMPAM, Inc. in 1999, where they served as VP-Mergers & Acquisitions / VP-Corporate Development and prepared merger evaluations, structured deals, and negotiated letters of intent and purchase agreements. In 2002, they became CFO and VP-Administration at Bluecurrent. In 2003, they were appointed Trustee at CM Advisors Family of Funds. In 2004, they were appointed CFO and Director at Worldcall Inc. In 2012, they became Chief Financial Officer and Board Director at Evolve Cellular Inc., where they managed all corporate finance, accounting, HR and administration activities. Currently, they are Chief Financial Officer at Skylark Wireless, where they manage all accounting and finance activities of the company, including complex financial modeling, audit, insurance and taxation. Rich also works with the CEO on securing debt financings and Series A equity funding.

Rich Lewis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
