Hardi Põder

Hardi Põder is an experienced entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as the Founder of INLIBRIUM since May 2021, where the focus is on interdisciplinary programs utilizing psychedelic-assisted therapy to help individuals unlock their potential. Additionally, Hardi holds the position of Ambassador of Estonia for EVOLVE Commerce Club, which aims to enhance commerce education globally. Previous roles include Medical Mushrooms Project Manager at SHROOMWELL, where Hardi initiated a sustainable chaga plantation project, Director of Sales Marketing at NOBE Cars, and Sales Director at Primostar, contributing to innovations in their respective fields. Hardi began a career in sales as an Individual Sales Partner for Zinzino and later served as CEO of Estshiitake OÜ, dedicated to high-quality medicinal mushrooms. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Washington and the University of Tartu.
