Evolve is a people-focused practice specialising in the structural design of buildings and associated civil works, across all sectors. With an impressive track record of working on great jobs with talented teams, nearly all of our work comes from repeat business or referrals.

Our distinctive approach focuses on one simple idea: putting people first. With a genuine commitment to service, our clients enjoy a strong relationship with the directors and senior team. This helps us deliver work where both clients and end-users benefit from our technical expertise and smart solutions.

As a company, we aim to inspire and develop great people who enjoy the challenges we take on and share our passion for engineering excellence. We continue to evolve year-on-year, increasing resources while embracing new ideas and improved technologies. The projects may be more complex, but people remain the foundation of everything we do.
