Christian Teeft

Christian Teeft has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christian currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and EVP of Global Engineering and Software Development at Evolve IP since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Secure-24 from January 2020 to January 2021. From February 2016 to January 2020, Teeft worked as the Chief Technology Officer and SVP Cloud Services at Symmetry™. Before joining Symmetry™, they held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Latisys from January 2014 to December 2015 and Vice President Engineering from September 2010 to January 2014. Teeft also worked at NTT America, where they held positions such as VP Product Development, Engineering, and OSS from February 2010 to September 2010, Sr Director of Product Development from June 2007 to February 2010, and Director of Engineering and Architecture from July 2004 to June 2007. Prior to NTT America, Teeft worked at NTT/Verio as the Director of Data Center Operations from March 2002 to June 2004 and Data Center Manager - Chicago from February 2001 to March 2002. Christian began their career at Ameritech - Ameritech.net, where they held the positions of Manager of Security and DR (Tier III) from December 1997 to January 2001 and Technical Consultant from December 1993 to December 1997. Teeft's earliest work experience was as a UNIX Administrator at VideOcart from May 1992 to December 1993.

Christian Teeft attended DePaul University from 1994 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) with a minor in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they studied Electrical Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology, although they did not obtain a degree during that time.
