Mario Sims

Mario Sims has a diverse work history, starting in 2011 with Sprint as a Technical Consultant. Mario then moved up to become a Lead Technical Consultant in 2013. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Store Manager before being promoted to Store Manager in 2016. Mario left Sprint in 2017 and joined Sprint Store by Arch Telecom in 2018 as a Retail Location Manager. Later in 2018, they joined Evolve IP and initially worked as a Client Care Technician before being promoted to the position of UC Implementation Engineer in March 2021.

Mario Sims attended Central High School from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued general studies. After completing high school, they went on to study at Philadelphia University from 2002 to 2006. At Philadelphia University, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In addition to their formal education, Mario Sims obtained certification as a Webex for Broadworks Administrator in February 2022 from Webex.
