Sofia Lake

Sofia Lake is currently an Associate R&D Engineer at Evolve Medtech Partners, responsible for maintaining quality management systems for medical devices during product development and design verification. Previously, Sofia served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Dexcom, supporting the Operations & Equipment Engineering team in equipment repairs. Sofia also gained experience as a Lead Trip Guide at Outback Adventures, where logistics and participant engagement were managed for various excursions, and held roles in inventory management and catering at JPM Market. Sofia began their professional journey as a Server at The Tasting Room, focusing on comprehensive table service and event organization. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, completed in 2023, and graduated from Lower Merion High School in 2019.
