We are a talent agency representing models and creators/influencers across the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space. With over 20 years of global industry experience, we work with a selective roster to build careers that are strategic, intentional, and built to last.

For our models, we secure placements with premier global agencies, co-managing from the development process to long-term career growth. With strong industry relationships and extensive scouting expertise, we ensure our talent is consistently considered for high-quality opportunities.

For our creators, we deliver full-scale management that includes targeted outreach to major brands, negotiation of impactful partnerships, and access to brand trips, exclusive events, campaigns, and other high-visibility opportunities. Our focus is on securing collaborations that authentically reflect each creator’s identity while elevating their presence and expanding their reach.

Our approach is hands-on and highly personalized, rooted in industry expertise and long-term brand building. Founded and led by women, we are committed to supporting women as they grow confident, sustainable, and successful careers.
