Alex Denchuk

Alex Denchuk has experience working as an IT Recruiter and HR Manager at Evolve Squads since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing candidates through various methods, screening resumes, managing interview schedules, and developing talent pipelines. Alex also maintains candidate databases and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System.

Prior to this, Alex worked as a Soccer Referee at the Ukrainian Association of Football from September 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they demonstrated strong man-management skills in high-stress and often hostile environments, and performed well under pressure from time constraints, colleagues, and players.

Alex Denchuk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, completing the program from 2020 to 2024.
