Chris Cosmos has a diverse work experience, starting in 1988 as an Associate Director of Development at the University of San Francisco. In 1998, they became an Account Executive at Nelson Staffing Solutions, where they achieved substantial success in securing new client placement accounts. Moving up the ladder, Chris joined TechSource, a Nelson Company, in 1999 as a Branch Manager/Account Executive. Here, they generated over $1 million in gross profits and made significant contributions to the company's bottom line. Chris continued to excel in their role and eventually became the Vice President, responsible for branch management and leading a sales team of 26 members and a contractor base of 144+. Their achievements included increasing overall agency sales revenue, maintaining low internal turnover ratio, and driving company growth. In 2004, Chris joined Nelson Technology as Senior Vice President, overseeing major client accounts such as Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft. Chris successfully managed 12 employees and gained recognition within the Executive Management Oversight team. In 2008, Chris became a Partner at BCOZ SOLUTIONS before founding their own company, Cosmos Sales Professional, in 2010. After a decade of establishing and managing the business, they recently took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Evolve Squads in 2020. Chris Cosmos attended Holy Name Elementary School in San Francisco, California from 1976 to 1979. From 1979 to 1983, they attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, where they pursued general studies. Chris then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General at the University of San Francisco from 1984 to 1989. Chris later went on to San Francisco State University, where they earned a Masters of Arts degree in Sports Administration from 1992 to 1996.
