Xin Chen has extensive experience in financial leadership roles. They have served as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Evolve Squads, providing complex financial services and overall leadership in strategy, budgeting, planning, and reporting. Prior to that, Xin served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer at Let's Enhance and Reply.io, delivering similar financial services and partnering with founders to define and understand strategic initiatives.

Xin also has experience as the Founder and CEO of FinOps.Company, where they served as an interim CFO for clients in AI, SaaS, IT, and marketplace businesses. They provided leadership in financial matters for over 50 clients, built strategic initiatives into near and long-term plans, and managed international finance and legal teams.

Additionally, Xin worked as the Head of Finance and Acting CFO at Nova Ukraine, where they established strong financial and accounting control for large donations and annual transactions. They advised the board and top managers on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow, and effectively communicated critical financial matters.

Xin Chen attended Cheadle Hulme School from 1998 to 2005. Following that, Xin enrolled at The University of Manchester from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Politics & Philosophy.
