Evolve with Yury was created by Yury Opendik. Yury has been studying Yoga and Pranayama (Breathwork) since 2007 with many of the foremost health & wellness leaders from around the world. He's trained alongside Wim Hof (Wim Hof Method) and is a certified Level 2 WHM instructor as well as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach educated through the CHEK Institute.  His lifestyle is deeply rooted in learning to understand and listen to our bodies and teach us how to take back our strength and heal ourselves from within.
