Jeremy Spaulding is COO at Evolve. With a background in industrial engineering and nearly twenty years of success in technical innovation, organizational design, systems design and human-centric engineering, Jeremy keeps Evolve focused on sustainable growth.

Jeremy has authored more than a dozen patents and numerous scientific publications in new or emerging technologies for product solutions across markets. An award-winning innovator, Jeremy brings a deep understanding of human psychology, capabilities and limitations in both product development and organizational development and he informs Evolve’s own product development on the human role in complex company systems. With experience navigating development across five major industries as well as academia, Jeremy has proven business innovation advancements in venture creation and funding, startup ventures and traditional business acceleration.

Jeremy is a Global Fellow at The Wilson Center, one of the world’s top thought leadership institutes. He is also Founder and President of JMS Innovation & Strategy, LLC, an advisory services and development firm. Jeremy is deeply connected to nature, loves pushing his own human potential, enjoys sailing and spent his high school years in Ankara, Turkey where he picked up snowboarding and stoked his adventurous spirit for exploring ancient civilizations.
