My mission is helping CEO's increase communication effectiveness in their organization and help them maximize their most valuable asset, their people. 

According to a recent SIS International Research study, a business with 100 employees spends an average of 17 hours of downtime clarifying communication. Those 17 hours translate into $528.443 annually. This loss of productivity does not show up on the Profit and Loss Statement, however, it certainly impacts the bottom line!

I want to work with CEOs that want to increase efficiency and effectiveness while aligning people with the right jobs so they can capitalize on their associate's skills, talents, and abilities!
