Olha Hrynenko is an experienced Project Manager and Chairman of the Board with a diverse background in project management and product strategy development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Evolved Ideas, Olha has introduced new processes to enhance project efficiency and mentor junior managers. As Chairman of the Board at the Charity Foundation My Ukraine Above All and Co-Founder/Product Manager at GETU.FINANCE, Olha collaborated with stakeholders to create effective product strategies, optimised customer journeys, and led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Previous experience includes significant roles at ProCredit Bank, where Olha managed non-loan products and services, supervised branch operations, and improved customer service quality.
