At EvolveMe we believe it’s never too late for your next - and best - career chapter. We work with groups of women in midlife looking to relaunch, reinvent or level up their careers and with companies invested in attracting and retaining top female talent.
Are you a woman in midlife who wants more from her career? Our signature Reinvention Collective group training makes professional reinvention fun, rewarding, and doable!

Offered twice yearly, the EvolveMe Reinvention Collective provides the structure and tools needed to successfully reinvent your career -- saving you frustration and time spent spinning your wheels.
With accountability and support from EvolveMe’s curated groups of like-minded women, you’ll clarify your direction, boost your confidence, and connect the dots to understand how your skills and experience are transferable to new opportunities that align with who you are now.
Our alumni call the RC experience “life-changing” and the “best professional investment” they’ve ever made. And they express gratitude for the supported circle of women they’ll have for a lifetime.
EvolveMe also offers curated 1:1 career audits and ongoing support.
Are you an organization that values experienced female talent? Our experience helping accomplished mid-career women land coveted roles has given us invaluable insight into what women want from organizations. We offer workshops, peer mentoring programs, and facilitated support to help companies foster an environment for women to succeed.
Our story:

Navigating a career transition in midlife can seem overwhelming and unachievable. We know because we’ve been there! We found the process isolating -- Linda as a returner after a 16-year break and Judy as a pivoter from a national non-profit.

We founded EvolveMe to help women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s+ kick-start their career transformation through curated programming and support from each other.
