David Hayes is a seasoned technologist with extensive experience in software development, information technology management, and commercial services. They served as a Software Developer at Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. from 1994 to 1996, and later held various leadership roles at Evolver from 2016 to 2020, including Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Commercial Services.
