Richard Richter has extensive experience in software engineering and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure at Evolveum from January 2020 to July 2024, leading infrastructure migration to a Kubernetes environment and ensuring compliance. Prior to this role, Richard contributed as a Software Engineer at Evolveum, developing the midPoint open-source IGA solution and its new database repository. Richard's previous positions include SW Architect at PosAm, where significant contributions were made to information systems for the Slovak Ministry of Finance, and leading the national Register of Financial Statements project. With earlier roles as a SW Architect at PREFIS,a.s. and as a Software Engineer at Siemens Enterprise Communications, Richard has a solid foundation in Java application development and financial system solutions. Richard holds an Engineer degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, and has a background in electronics and IT from SPŠE Dobruška.
