Mike Helft has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mike began their career at BIS Applied Systems in 1984 as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 1987. From 1987 to 1991, they served as a Senior Consultant at JMA. In 1999, they joined Seranova as Operations Director and stayed there until 2001. Mike then joined CA Technologies, where they held two roles: Principal Architect from 2001 to 2013 and Managing Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Mike has been working as the Chief Strategist at EvolveWare, Inc.
Mike Helft studied Economics at De Montfort University from 1974 to 1977.

EvolveWare was founded in 2001 to automate processes and services related to the documentation, analysis, maintenance, rationalization, optimization and modernization of software applications.The company’s vision was to provide its clients with a single platform that would automate the management of software applications as they moved throughtheir life cycle of maintenance to modernization.
