Most AI projects fail. Not because of the technology, but because of the people.
Staff who weren't brought along. Leaders who couldn't agree on direction. Tools that sat unused while the subscriptions kept running. Sound familiar?

Evolvify Solutions Inc. exists to fix the human side of AI adoption, the part most consultants ignore.

We work with professional services firms in Canada and Nigeria. We help their leaders get clarity, their teams get on board, and their AI investment start producing results that are actually visible.

What we do:
▸ AI Readiness Audit: A structured 2–3 week diagnostic that tells you exactly where your firm stands, what your biggest risks are, and what to focus on first. In plain language, not consultant jargon.

▸ AI Transformation Program: A 3–6 month engagement that addresses the real issues the audit surfaces: leadership alignment, staff resistance, governance, and culture.

▸ Advisory Retainer: Ongoing monthly support so you always have a trusted advisor when new AI questions come up.

We diagnose before we prescribe. We measure what matters. We tell you the truth including when you can handle something without us.

Human-first AI adoption. For firms that are serious about getting it right.
