Evolving Education exists to help schools become places where we learn how to build more just and sustainable societies. We research and democratize practices, together with the personal growth behind them, so that educators can embody a new paradigm of learning and living.

Our work is grounded in a global study with 200+ pioneers across 20+ countries. Most people have never experienced education beyond the industrial model; real change starts within. That’s why our theory of change is simple: Transform Self → Transform Education → Transform Society.

Our trainings are based on our methodology EXPedition (Explore, Experience, Express) and our focus topics are: (1) Youth agency & lifelong learning, (2) Inclusive and resilient communities, (3) Wellbeing & awareness.
