EVOLVING LAB is a research-anchored initiative working at the interface of science and society. Its focus lies on advancing scientific perspectives on fulfillment in life, well-being, and human development across the lifespan.

Rather than addressing short-term optimization or individual performance, EVOLVING LAB engages with long-term, developmental questions of how lives unfold over time — under real-world social, cultural, and institutional conditions.

The work of EVOLVING LAB centers on:

the conceptual and theoretical development of models of fulfillment in life

the scientific interpretation and integration of empirical research

the responsible translation of research into societal, institutional, and cultural contexts

EVOLVING LAB contributes to research collaborations, conceptual partnerships, invited talks, and advisory roles related to living and aging well, lifespan development, and fulfillment in life.
