Eric Hatton

Eric Hatton is the SVP Solutions at Evolving Systems. Eric has previously worked as a Product Manager at Amdocs and Telcordia Technologies.

At Amdocs, they worked with the Product Management and Marketing team to develop key propositions and test them against the market and sales organisation. Eric was successful in building contact with a global sales organisation and assisted the team to achieve significant customer milestones with key projects.

At Telcordia Technologies, they were a senior member of the team product managing the US wholesale telecoms interconnection data standard and other OSS/BSS data infrastructure SaaS products. Eric managed a range of products relating to locations (CLLI), equipment inventory management (CLEI) and connections (CLCI S/S, CLCI MSG and NC/NCI) ) covering technologies such as SDH, GPON, DSL, UMTS, LTE and WiMax.

Eric increased product revenue, new sales and upsells, developed and executed new product marketing strategy, developed a new product pricing strategy, established new processes (pricing, lead management and change management), developed new tools (excel, mysql and MS Sharepoint), led key negotiations, increased market intelligence, established product marketing database, increased leads, significantly increased website downloads, established new business development management initiatives, and developed new product offers.

Eric Hatton has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from The Open University.
