Mark Szynkowski

Mark Szynkowski is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Evolving Systems. Mark has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Mark began their career in finance as a controller at Tradeware, a software company. Mark was responsible for financial reporting for three United States companies and one foreign subsidiary. Mark also established company policies and supervised the monthly billing process and closing of work order tickets for billing.

In 2002, Mark became the Chief Financial Officer/Controller for Consulting for Architects. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's finances, from budgeting to reporting. Mark also supervised a staff of accountants and was responsible for compliance with internal controls.

In December 2005, Mark joined Epiq Systems as Vice President of Finance. Mark was responsible for integrating the accounting procedures and staff of two acquired companies, along with the organic expansion of domestic and global markets. Mark also created a presentation on new revenue recognition guidelines for internal training.

In July 2014, Mark joined Evolving Systems as Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Mark also oversees a team of finance professionals and is responsible for compliance with internal controls.

Mark Szynkowski completed their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Alfred University and went on to earn their New York State Regents Diploma from North Tonawanda High School.

They are on a team with Adhish Kulkarni - SVP Solutions, Richard Lewis - SVP Sales, and Mo Firouzabadian - SVP Sales. Mark Szynkowski reports to Matthew Stecker, CEO.
