Michael Daciw

Michael Daciw is an accomplished professional with significant experience in entrepreneurial ventures and corporate development. As the Co-Founder of EVOLVsolar since 2016, Daciw focuses on sales, marketing, accounting, and strategic development to support Indigenous communities in renewable energy initiatives. Prior to this, Daciw served as the Director of Corporate Development at Tundra Process Solutions from 2012 to 2016, where contributions helped the company become one of Canada’s fastest-growing firms. Earlier career roles included Manager of Pricing and Product Development, Corporate Actuary for the Irish Division, and Actuarial Associate at Canada Life, where Daciw specialized in innovative reinsurance solutions and financial risk management. Additionally, Daciw co-founded CommerceSeminars.Com, providing educational seminars for university students. Daciw holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Manitoba.
