Jack Madley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder at EVONA since June 2018, Jack focuses on attracting elite talent to the global space economy. In April 2024, Jack co-founded FRACTION, a platform aimed at enhancing connections between elite executive fractional talent and venture capital, private equity, family offices, and founders. Previous roles include Client Business Partner and Senior Client Manager at SThree, where Jack managed client relationships and ensured exceptional service delivery.
