Victor L. has a diverse work experience that began with an internship at SNCF's "Innovation et Recherche" department in 2019. During this internship, they developed an "indoor" positioning system that had implications for the company's self-driving train project.

In 2017, Victor enrolled as a student at 42, a peer-to-peer project-based school, where they studied in Paris and Fremont CA campuses. As a 42 student, they gained valuable experience in producing high-quality code on large-scale projects.

After leaving 42 in 2020, Victor worked as a consultant, connecting top-tier software engineers in blockchain, AI, and embedded development with companies.

In 2021, Victor joined Cambridge Design Partnership as a consultant software engineer, where they worked until January 2022.

From April 2021 to the present, Victor also served as a teacher/facilitator for European Leadership University, leading workshops and daily StandUp meetings. Victor'spedagogy is focused on action learning and peer-to-peer learning.

Currently, Victor is employed at Evonetix Ltd as a software engineer. In this role, they are responsible for developing a system to heat and cool homemade chips containing DNA synthesizing sites, with the goal of scaling DNA production with a reduced error rate using binary assembly and phosphoramydite.

Victor L. attended 42 from 2017 to 2019 but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. From 2019 to 2020, they attended 42 Silicon Valley, again without receiving a degree or focusing on a particular field of study. In 2021, Victor L. enrolled at Qwasar Silicon Valley and completed the Elite Machine Learning Engineering program.
