Alan O'Connor

Alan O'Connor is a Senior Scientist at Evonik since June 2015, specializing in the development and management of cGMP processes for APIs and advanced intermediates across various scales. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Chemist and Chemist at Norac Pharma, focusing on process development and cGMP supply for drug candidates, and as a Chemical Development Scientist at Roche, where process optimization for small molecule production was key. O'Connor also served as a Laboratory Instructor at Francis Marion University, teaching General Chemistry labs. Alan O'Connor holds a BA in Biochemistry from Earlham College, earned in 2007.
