Alix Chen

Alix Chen is an experienced professional in the fields of marketing, sales, and business development, currently serving as General Manager for the Greater China Region at Evonik since April 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing Care Solutions and leading marketing and sales excellence initiatives across Asia. Alix has a strong background in launching gas separation membrane products in China, collaborating with engineering firms, end users, and policymakers to promote innovative business models for sustainable development in the biogas upgrading sector. Previous roles encompass operations management at ARC International and supervisory positions in purchasing and project management. Alix holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MS in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MBA in General Management from both the China Europe International Business School and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
