Amy Patel, Esq. serves as Associate Legal Counsel at Evonik since May 2022, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements while advising on procurement and logistics issues. Previously, Amy held the position of Junior Associate Legal Counsel at ReneSola Ltd., where responsibilities included managing contract deliverables and negotiating various agreements. With prior experience as an Associate Attorney at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C., Amy represented insured clients in liability and contract matters. Additional legal experience includes internships and clerkships at several firms and organizations, encompassing contract review, legal research, and support roles. Amy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Johnson & Wales University.
