Andy Pischka

Andy Pischka is the Director of Digitalization and Sustainability at Evonik Coating & Adhesive Resins, where they have been influential in enhancing supply chain operations since 2023. Previously, they served as a Subject Responsible Lecturer in Organization & Process Management at the International School of Management from 2016 to 2022. Andy's experience includes participation in the RISE Leadership Development Program at GE Renewable Energy and various managerial roles there. They hold a Master’s Degree in International Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
