Buğra Özdamar is currently an Applied Technology Manager for Coating Additives at Evonik, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Buğra served as the R&D Chief for Coating Solutions at Organik Kimya from 2021 to 2023, following various roles in research and development, including Senior Researcher and Junior Specialist. Buğra also gained diverse experience through internships at ADEL Kalemcilik, Anadolu Efes, and Istanbul Technical University. Buğra holds a Master of Science in Polymer Science and Technology from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, earned in 2014.
