Cindy Tilmans has extensive experience in project and supply chain management, currently serving as Project Manager for M&A/Reorganizations and HR Business Management at Evonik since October 2015. In this role, Cindy leads a capital project focused on creating six Hybrid Work Collaboration Hubs in North America. Prior to Evonik, Cindy held various leadership positions at Orica, including Supply Chain Manager, where strategic oversight of the Supply Chain Team was a key responsibility, and Procurement Lead in the Americas. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at SealTech Corp, overseeing comprehensive business operations, and as Business Manager at Eckerd, managing facility accounting and operations. Cindy holds an MBA in Business from the University of North Alabama and a B.S. in Psychology/English from Spring Hill College.
